Um, I’m on the fence. I feel like at this price you should be able to mow your grass and trim your beard to barber perfection. This is almost a bullet proof #1 guard grass mower. Not even self propelled. If I hadn’t know where it had been, I’d probably taken it back and find a barbering kit. But, if you are reckless and hair as a Henderson, you need this. Didn’t do much for the beard (pic).

Manscaped has become a very popular body hair trimmer geared towards men and body hair below the waist. I was interested to see what all the hype was about. I'll tell you it's the best manscaper out there and I have tried everything from the classic electric trimmer to a competitor. No more nicks, cuts, bleeding with the 4.0 pro. I can't speak for other versions/units, but the 4.0 pro is the quality trimmer I expected.**In the Box**The box includes a trimmer, USB-C charging cord, very good instruction set, cleaning brush, 2 adjustable guides, aftershave, anti-chafing cream, and a revive spritzer kind of like a cologne. The presentation is nice.**Build quality**It's lightweight, compact, and built out of hard plastic with a ceramic blade and guard. The motor claims to run at a constant speed and doesn't slow down even at low battery charge. This is a nice feature considering you're shaving those sensitive parts that can't afford a nick or cut. The guides and brush both have that standard feel, nothing unique but they do the job. There's a USB-C input for charging that plugs in firmly with no play. Everything here feels like quality.**Features**It has 2 LEDs, one that can be used to light the way a little. The LED light can easily be turned off with one of the 2 buttons. There's also a very convenient lock that can be set for traveling or just to keep it from turning on accidentally. The battery lasts for about 60 minutes, and this is plenty of time for several shaves. I managed to get in about 5 shaves before it needed charging. The first shave was a long one and then it was just quick daily maintenance. The 3 LED light indicators at the bottom will tell you what your battery charge is, 100%, 66% or 33%. The head also snaps off easily for cleaning or if you need to replace the blade. **Performance**this trimmer met almost all of my expectations. I started with the underarms, then went south of the waistline. The single-most important feature this trimmer has is it's safe for those regions that require it. This is the first trimmer I've used that 100% protected me. 10 minutes into the shave I was feeling confident that there would be zero nicks, cuts, or pinches from this trimmer. I shaved without the guides to get as close as possible and no problems whatsoever. It can be used wet or dry and I noticed it did not trim as well when wet, but that's to be expected. I also felt like it trimmed very close to the skin, but not bald. I believe this would be a little bit of a tradeoff. If it trims to close, you might introduce nicks and cuts. I will say that it absolutely shaved close enough for my needs. This trimmer would also work great for unsightly arm or back hair. One thing to note: if you have fine hair like me, you might have to run over it a few times to shave everything. **Pros*** It excels in the most important area, Safety* Consistent motor RPMs protect you at lower battery charges* Waterproof design* Packaging was on point* USB-C charging* Love all 3 products it comes with (spritzer, anti-chafe, and aftershave), Will be going back for more when I run out**Cons*** Doesn't shave as close as some may prefer* Wet shaving performance was averageEven though this unit isn't perfect, I'm giving it 5 stars. It 100% excelled at shaving those sensitive areas SAFELY. This is what we're looking for. I love the consistent RPMs. To top it off, the products it shipped with were great ideas. I'm an endurance runner so the anti-chafing lotion is a must for me. The spritzer is like a cologne below the waist, and the aftershave relieves any of the discomfort after a close shave. For now, I think Manscaped is leading the game. Recommended.

[PROS]Decent build quality: It's plastic, but does include a rubberized body that makes it very comfortable to hold. This seems minor, but it's important because groin grooming takes time.Tremendous Battery Life: The battery is robust as described. Similar to household cleaning products, I first tested the lawnmower in an inconspicuous area which ended up being my chest/stomach to see how it handled. This process took 25 minutes to complete. Finishing my groin region took another 25-30 minutes. With almost an hour of total usage, I still had 2 battery bars left (34-66% available) which does seem odd given that battery life should only be rated for an hour. I will have to retest again in the future to see if this still holds up.Extremely gentle: I was very surprised with how well it trimmed hair. I didn't nick myself once. However, I did get a single strand of hair caught in the blades that caused me to briefly pause. Fortunately, I was able to cut through it after I readjusted the trimmer. After studying the Lawn Mower 4.0, it came to my attention that the sliding blade is actually plastic which allows for a more delicate trim.Accurate: Despite the cutting blade being plastic, the Lawn Mower 4.0 is highly accurate. I was kind of skeptical until I realized that the area was smooth to the touch like a razor shave. The included light on the trimmer is a big bonus since it's hard to see underneath.Complimentary hygiene products: The Crop Soother, Reviver, and Preserver are a perfect combo of products after cleaning up. These products have been keeping me feeling fresh throughout the day without introducing skin irritation. Although the smell is pleasant, my only gripe is that it could be a hassle removing the smell from your hands after applying it.[CONS]No Stand/Storage Case: I'm aware that the Manscaped website contains additional accessories for storing their products. However, it would have to have been nice to at least include a bag for when I'm done using it. Because of the product's intended purpose, I would prefer to keep it separate from other personal products.Challenging to Clean: According to instructions, cleaning requires removing the blade, rinsing it under water, and letting it air dry. Executing these steps were simple, but the issue is removing fine hairs that are trapped. The included cleaning brush is subpar and bristles snap off of it easily. However, this could be mitigated by using a cleaning solution or stronger brush to loosen the hairs.[CONCLUSION]From my observation, it seems like power has been substituted for safety (the plastic blade). Using the Lawn Mower 4.0 requires a second (possibly even a third) pass. Neither of these facts are bad. Grooming the genitals requires great care. With great patience and proper technique, you can achieve close to skin shave like I did. I would highly recommend it.

Having used Manscaped products in the past, I knew that I this kit would not disappoint. It delivers on all fronts and only falls short in one area for me.The Crop Soother, Crop Preserver, and Reviver are a nice kit that gives you the full Manscaped experience. All the fragrances smell great and each topical delivers on the problems they set out to solve. I do wish this kit came with a carrying case for everything. The packaging does drive home that premium look and feel but I think it would be more beneficial to include something to carry everything in this kit - not just for travel but to also keep everything in one spot in your bathroom.As for the star of the show, the actual trimmer is great. There's a nice weight to it, great ergonomic design that conveys confidence when you're working around sensitive areas and the light is a great touch. I personally never knew I needed a light on my trimmer but now there's no going back and I'm not sure I'd buy another without one. To keep it simple here is a quick list of pros and cons:Pros- Battery life should last a couple of weeks without needing to be re-charged - The light is a great feature that can't be understated - Every part of this kit feels premium- Cut quality is above most other trimmers I've used - It's not just for your sack. My wife actually adopted this trimmer as well and we have tossed or other trimmers as a result- It's waterproof so you can use it anywhere you need to trim- No nicks or bumps after shaving Con- While my experience has been nickless, this comes at a cost. The shaver definitely does not get as close to the skin as possible. So don't expect the closest shave but I'll take this over increased risk of nicking sensitive areasI would definitely recommend this to everyone. You won't be disappointed and I look forward to many stress free shaves.

This is my first time using a trimmer like this that was specifically designed for trimming that "delicate region". Prior use with a random trimmer set often left with a small nick or two which is not pleasant at all of course. This Manscaped Lawn Mower is quite nice! Nice kit and packaging and comes with the deodorant and aftershave. The trimmer of course is what its all about though. Charged it up with the included USB-C charger (always nice since most devices now are USB-C). Very nice form and grip on the trimmer too. Contours and rubberized grip were firm and slip-free. Even has a little light on it so I guess you can trim in the dark? I used it without the two included attachments, but it was comfortable, snag-free, and ZERO nicks or pain points. Really nice trimmer and set. Highly recommend for frequent "gardening".

The Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro has a great design and thoughtful features to make your trimming ritual easier and more comfortable. Highlights:* Can charge on a wireless pad (takes longer) or via USB-C (faster charge).* USB-C charging port is on top so can lay flat while charging.* Easy to hold and navigate around the boys.* Long battery life.* Useful light.* Travel mode keeps it from turning on accidentally.* Waterproof during use and cleaning.Room for Improvement:* Comes with a few accessories but no case to keep them in.Setup:My sample’s built-in battery came mostly charged, but I dropped in on a wireless charging pad to top it up anyway. That took a while for the last status light to finish, but it was easy to do and convenient to grab when it was done charging. You can also charge it with a USB-C cable and adapter (both supplied) for a faster charge if you don’t mind dealing with cables. While you can’t use it if plugged in, a quick charge gets you enough power to do one mowing session.Depending on how much trimming you want to do, you can either use one of the two provided guards or use neither for a close trim. The guards are easy to slide on and off but remain securely in place while mowing.This Refined kit also includes full-size bottles of the Crop Preserver (ball deodorant), Crop Soother (aftershave lotion) and Crop Reviver (toner). None of this stuff is used before or while trimming and is all for after the main job is done.Usage:The Lawn Mower can be used wet or dry. I find it easier to use when dry because it’s best to use on taut skin, and wet skin isn’t as easy to keep taut. Depending on how much of a trim you want for the a particular area, either slide on one of the two provided guards or use it without any. The provided guards are not adjustable. To reduce the chance of getting nicked, pull the skin taut and go slowly and with the grain. Some areas are easier than others to mow, but overall it’s not difficult once you get the hang of it. The built-in light works well and doesn’t seem to drain the battery much - you can still get about an hour’s use on a full charge. Once nice feature is that if you have the light on before turning the trimmer off, it’ll remember that and turn the light on again for you when you start trimming again.Since I prefer to trim while dry, I don’t use any product before or during, but the Crop Soother helps keep the lawn comfy after. I don’t have any need for the Crop Preserver on the regular, but tried it anyway. It works as advertised but I don’t think I’ll be buying more of it or the Reviver.There are two buttons and a small LED status display. The buttons are flush and easy to press but not so much so that they are easily pressed accidentally. The main button turns the trimmer on or off with a single press each. Tap the smaller button while the trimmer is on to turn the light on or off. If the trimmer is off, press and hold the smaller button to turn the travel lock on or off. The status lights animate toward the trimmer head to indicate the travel lock is on, or animate away from the trimmer head to indicate that the lock is off. When locked, the trimmer won’t accidentally turn on if the main button is pressed like when in a gym bag, suitcase, etc…The shape of the Lawn Mower makes handling it easy to get around any… obstacles down there. The soft touch plastic adds extra grip, but I worry about how well the soft touch coating will hold up after a year or so of use and cleaning.When done with a dry mowing session, just blow out the trimmings and you’re good to go for next time. If you prefer to moisten the crops first, you can run the trimmer under the faucet to clean things up, but be sure to let it air dry to keep it running great for next time. The whole thing is waterproof for rinsing; even the USB-C port. That said, don’t go crazy and no pressure-washing the trimmer :-).I’ve tried a few other trimmer products designed for the nether-regions and this one works pretty well for me. Like any other trimmer for down there, be careful, slow and deliberate to be safe.Overall:A carrying case would have rounded out the Kit nicely, but what you do get is a nicely-designed trimmer that is easy to charge, easy to handle and easy to travel with. The provided bottles of lotions are hit or miss but it’s great to have them to try out.

I’m a huge fan of Manscaped products, the whole beard and men’s grooming market has really taken off in the last decade or so and now we don’t have to use our bulky, wired hair clippers to do much more delicate work, like mowing the lawn in the boxer brief region.I had the previous Lawn Mower 4.0 so I was interested to check out what was new on the Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro and unfortunately not everything has changed for the better.The biggest difference I noticed now is that the 4.0 Pro no longer has the charging base with capacitive charging. I thought that was an awesome feature that made the product look and feel super refined on the bathroom vanity. While you won’t need to charge the Lawn Mower much between uses, it was nice to just have it sitting in its own holder when not in use. There was also a slight change with the LED light, the new one has a diffuser style panel while the old one just has that mini bulb looking light. Functionally.I think they’re about the same, maybe the old one was slightly better actually in terms of brightness. The Pro also has a button that allows you to turn off the light, as well as a locking button that prevents your kids from giving themselves Mohawks unintentionally. Lastly, this Pro Refined Kit has a few additional products like a Preserver, Soother, and Reviver that serve as aftershave, toner and deodorant. Next level ball care haha. There’s also two head attachments like the previous version that let you adjust cut length, and of course, Manscaped takes pride in slowing you to shave without any attachments safely with their protected blades. The Lawn Mower is waterproof letting you cut wet or dry and the head attachment easily detaches and reattaches for easy cleaning and maintenance. Great product for the man and even woman who wants to keep everything nice and tidy, just in time for beach and pool season!

I am really impressed with the lawn mower 4.0. It feels ergonomic, super compact, relatively quiet, has a long battery life, and more than enough power to get through the jungle down below. In all seriousness, it does a great job at getting a clean cut and close shave where it really counts. It was easy to feel comfortable and confident that it could get the job done and not cause harm. I really appreciate the small LED light to help illuminate those hard to reach areas, and the fact that the shaver is waterproof for easy cleaning and shower use if you choose. It’s USB-C for charging which is included, but also supports wireless charging via any Qi charging pad which is a nice touch although you have to provide one of those on your own. This set includes three different small bottles, a deodorizer, aftershave, and toner all of which work as intended and left me feeling good post shave. The results from the initial trim and shave were great and I am really happy with how easy it is to use. If you want to keep yourself better groomed this is a fantastic way to do so.

This is my first time using a product from Manscaped and even though is not yet like using a razor the Lawnmower 4.0 it does work! The built quality is top notch and the light attached to it, that i was pretty skeptical about, it's actually helpful! I believe the blade is made out of a sort of plastic/ceramic that makes it safe to use and the size it's perfect for maneuverability down there. It comes in a cool set with (balm, toner, deodorant) that leaves that fresh/calm feeling and they are very subtle in odor. The battery is lasting long enough for a bunch of good uses and it's charged by an USB-A to USB-C that comes in the box with the trimer as well as 2xcombs and a set for cleaning. I have been using it plenty of times now without any incidents on dry or even in the shower since it's waterproof. A carrying case would've made the set complete but since it's lightweight and rater small in size it's easy to pack it in any bag. Overall you won't get razor results but once you get the hang of it makes a good companion that won't nick, cut or pinch you!

This Lawnmower 4.0 Pro kit comes in a very sturdy packaging and includes the trimmer, two adjustable combs, cleaning brush, charger and cord and cleaning brush. You also get three full-size grooming products – Crop Soother, Preserver and Reviver. The Lawnmower trimmer is well built and balanced. The ceramic blade is quiet and sharp. There is a headlight to light the way in those darker areas and you can turn it off as well. There are two included adjustable guards – each with three trim levels from 2mm to 12mm. I keep the smaller one on the unit to protect the blades since there is no travel case included with this kit. There is a travel lock feature to prevent it from turning on should it get bumped in your bag. The blade tooth design on the Lawnmower is much finer than the more aggressive design of my Phillips beard trimmer making it a bit more difficult to wrangle hair into the teeth when using the guards. There is also a small lip on the edge of the blade to help prevent the nicks and cuts when not using a guard. With no guard, the result was a nice smooth trim with no scrapes or nicks. I tried using the trimmer on my facial hair – it worked but not something I would want to use on the regular. Manscaped also has a beard trimmer which I assume has a more aggressive blade design. Since the blades just pop on and off, it would be nice to include both blades with all their products making them more useful for daily use. You can charge the device with the included USB A charger and USB A to USB C braided cord. It also offers wireless charging on a QI charging pad which was not included. I would have preferred a charging pad and cord be included and leave the charger out as most people already have several of them laying around from old phones. Like most wireless charging, using the QI pad takes roughly double the time for a full charge – 90 minutes vs about three hours. Running time is listed at 60 minutes but I’ve not reached that point yet. I really enjoyed using the included hygiene products - aftershave, toner and deodorant. Never having used products “down there”, they were a nice change of pace and really enhanced that fresh feeling.For me, the Lawnmower 4.0 Pro works best without a guard, and it does exactly what it claims to do – no nicks or cuts in your sensitive areas. I would have liked dual blades but am not knocking it for that. Yes, I recommend it.

Maintaining one self can often be a bit of a chore. From gathering up the courage to trim down to finding the right tools for the job. Can be quite overwhelming. However, this little shaver does the job quite nicely. Most times you'll either use a razor or some facial trimmer to get the job done. But finding a trimmer dedicated to shaving is a must I'd say. There's lots of different brands/models to select from but this one works out quite well for all types.To start, the size of this is perfect. It's not too big or too small and fits in the hand perfectly. It's perfectly sized to get into hard to reach places which is a huge plus. The shaver itself charges via USB-C so you can charge it just about anywhere. It is water resistant so you can take it into the shower to avoid any messy cleanup. The kit includes the shaver, two trimmer attachments as well as some lotions to help with trimming before and after. I must say the crop smoother is wonderful to have as it definitely helps with the after shave burn. Note to self, this is really only intended for bush whacking, not hedge trimming. If you've got some growth down there then this is the tool you need. However, if you're looking for that super slick look then you need to go find another trimmer for that. Anything below the twig, don't use this for that. All in all, great way to keep everything proper and neat down there.

The device comes in a lovely black and gold box with some messages. It comes with three hygiene creams (ball aftershave lotion, toner, and deodorant). The included accessories are a small brush, two different-size trimming blades, a USB-C charger cable, and a wall charger. It does not include a carrying bag or pouch. After every use, I store it in its original box. If traveling or storing it in a flimsy bag, press and hold the multi-function button for three seconds to engage the lock on the device; this will prevent the device from turning on. To unlock or disengage, press and hold for three seconds. The battery life is phenomenal; I have used it a couple of times without the need to recharge.This Manscape Lawn Mower is a significant improvement compared to my old multiroom hygiene trimmer, particularly regarding safety. While this device is not entirely 100% safe, it impressively reduces the risk of cuts or nicks, providing a closer and safer grooming experience. Move the trimmer slowly, gently, and most importantly, in the correct position (placing the black side of the flat against your skin with the soft ceramic side up). If you go fast, you might get nicks or miss some hairs. When shaving down dare, the best practice is to pull your skin as flat as possible and trim that area. To conclude, this is the best and safest way to trim around sensitive areas of my skin. It is lightweight and small, fits comfortably on your hand, and is easy to use.

There are many benefits from The Manscaped Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro, it is a versatile grooming tool designed specifically for below the waist trimming yet it can be used on the chest, back or all around. Let me try to be short to explain. First, it is easy to use; it comes with a manual to better understand the product.The trimmer is comfortable, it has silicone to easily grip on to it and it does not slip away easily, it is also a great size to hold and to put away when not in use. It has SkinSafe Techonogy, the ceramic blade is rounded for comfort and it has a guard to reduce accidents while trimming. It comes with two adjustable comb attachments and each can be adjusted, from 2mm to 4mm and 6mm on one, and the other has 8mm 10mm and 12mm. Convenient to charge either using the USB C cable with the charger that is included or wirelessly so it is ready to use every time, and best of all the battery life is about 60 minutes per charge. It also has 3 LED light levels, all 3 lights is full of charge, then 2 lights about 66 percent and one light at 33 percent, so I know when to charge. While charging it goes from no lights to having all 3 lights on at 100 percent. It is waterproof at IPX7 so it can be used dry or wet in the shower, it can be cleaned under the sink too and I like that it comes with a small brush to get it cleaned easier. The trimmer also has a cool white LED light for easy to use and easy visibility. It also has a lock button, so the trimmer does not turn on by accident, and unfortunately it does not come with a travel pouch but no big deal I have one anyway.This set comes with skincare essentials and I did not think much of them until I tried them, they make a big difference. The Crop Reviver keeps the skin fresh throughout the day. The Crop Soother not only does it sooth, it moisturizes the skin after trimming. The Crop Preserver has help me the most, no chafing, I run long distances and chafing is no fun, the preserver works well. Overall, not only does the Lawn Mower 4.0 kit is versatile, it looks modern and great. The Reviver, Preserver and the Soother are a big plus; the entire kit enhances the grooming experience. It is a great unique product to have, either for groin, body or back it makes things much easier.

The Manscaped Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro Refined Package is a pretty funny take on the grooming gift bundle. I ended up being pretty impressed with the 4.0 Pro, much moreso than I anticipated. *First thoughts* The packaging has a premium feel as well as the shaver itself and the accessories. Huge props to Manscaped for using a USB-C cable for charging, and for including a quality braided cable in the package. At first I was a little taken aback that an expensive shaver has a plastic blade, but it occurred to me that this might be by design since this is designed to make nicks either difficult or less painful than a standard trimmer.*In use*A totally underrated feature of this trimmer is the LED light. No matter how well lit your bathroom is, it's going to be difficult to keep a lot of light on your groin unless you have the flexibility of a cat. I found the plastic trimmer blade does lead to the LM 4 Pro requiring a few more passes to get things trimmed. However, I did not experience ANY tugs or snags while using the Lawn Mower 4 Pro so it seems perfectly suited for the task. The guards included with the trimmer are easy enough to use and very compact. *Final thoughts*The Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro is a strange product that I seriously was questioning the value going in. Can you get a cheap beard trimmer and use it on your groin? Absolutely. Can you use the Lawn Mower 4 Pro as a standard beard trimmer? I wouldn't as I expect it to not be as durable for that much use long term. However, this thing is WAAAAY better than using a beard trimmer on your nethers. The LED light and smooth cutting are great. I think for me, this will become my travel trimmer given the USB-C charging, compact design (for the trimmer and the guards), and the button that lets you lock it off in your travel kit. Ultimately, what convinced me this is a 5 star product is as a gift for a loved one - combined with the extra products (the toner is SERIOUSLY addictive and the anti-chafing deoderant actually works very well) this is a great value for something that will put a smile on his face and also be a significant improvement over what someone is using right now.

I was surprised by this one. I’ve been through clippers over the years and none of them really handled body grooming either well or at all and none of them seemed to last very long. My expectations were low, but I was pleased to discover that this device lives up to the hype and then some. This is more than just a groomer for your personal areas, it’s an excellent full body groomer!There’s a great manual with it that fully explains all the functions as well as the two methods of charging. You can either use the included USB-C cable and charger block (BTW, kudos on including this as so many devices these days have taken them out.) Or even nicer, the Lawnmower 4.0 supports Qi wireless charging! I found this especially helpful since I also own a Remington that came with a Qi charging pad so it’s already in the bathroom. You don’t have to charge it often though since the battery life appears to be great. I did a full body groom with this and when I went to charge it, the indicator showed only 25% down. So, I could see you taking this on a long weekend and not even worrying about the charger.The build quality is solid, and it feels really good in the hand. I feel confident in my control, something that’s important if you’re grooming a ‘sensitive area’. I used it both with and without the guards and I never got a single nick or snag. And I was able to get the lengths I wanted in the different areas I groom quickly and efficiently. The Lawnmower 4.0 is truly a well-engineered device in general and a superior body groomer specifically. You can tell a lot of thought and testing went into its design. There’s a Lawnmower 5.0 out now, but unless you need a switchable head (the 5.0 includes the standard head that’s on the 4.0 and a foil type head for closer shaving) or a bigger light, I think most folks would be more than pleased with the 4.0 in this kit.Also included in this well packed/well presented kit are decent sized samples (almost feels wrong to call them samples) of the Manscaped ‘testicular product line’. (I’m running out of euphemisms here!!) It includes the “Crop Soother”, which is an after-shave moisturizer, “Crop Preserver”, which is a deodorant crème and “Crop Reviver” which describes itself as a ‘Ball Toner’. The Revivor spray is supposed to give you an ‘anytime pick me up’. I found it kind of awkward to spray but it did feel nice. I was worried about the cremes as they felt a little greasy at first but if you apply them correctly that goes away and there’s no residue, which again, surprised me.If I HAD to find a negative – and I’m stretching here – it would be that no case is included for the Lawnmower to keep it protected. I mean, given the balls theme here they should have included a little sack, right? But seriously, if you’re looking for a superior body groomer for a reasonable price then you cannot beat the Lawnmower 4.0 Pro Refined Hair Trimmer Kit. I would HIGHLY recommend it, and this comes from a guy whose been manscaping for decades.

This was a product far out in left field for me. The unboxing of The Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro kit was one to remember. It is a nice sleek black professional-grade box. Inside are all the items the lawn mower 4.0 pro, two attachments, a tiny brush, charging cable, crop soother, crop preserver, and crop reviver. I had to look up what the crop items did.The Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro itself comes in a small form factor. It can be used for traveling but I don't know why you'd need it. It has two buttons one for on/off and the other to lock the device while traveling. When you turn this thing on you can feel the juice inside the small form factor. It has LED lights to show the battery levels. Now for the shave, it was smooth with no pulling and biting in the important regions. I was amazed and how well this device was on delicate parts. There was no afterburn, bumps, agitation, or uncomforting afterwards. I was honestly amazed. You can easily clean the 4.0 by popping off the blade head. Washing and rinsing under water. The battery last roughly one hour. Which most will not use it that long. Also, thank you for using a USB-C port to charge. This is a common way of charging now in 2024.The Crop Preserver is a vegan based anti-chafing deodorant. This worked well for me being in the South after cutting the grass. No more swampy areas down south. Made with natural ingredients. Which is a theme here. I have tried other methods to stay dry and cool and none have worked. So this may be a new method for me. Keep that area cool and dry is essential.The Crop Soother is another vegan based item for keeping the vulnerable regions pleasant. If you have irritation this is supposed to help. I honestly didn't see much benefit from this. It may work for you though. This is for after you shave to reduce irritation with the aloe vera inside. Lastly, we have the Crop Reviver. This is a moisturizer keeping your bits feeling cool and fresh. Another vegan based product. All of these items smell amazing. The Lawn Mower 4.0 Pro Kit is no gimmick. Yes, you can shave with other items but do you want to irritate your manly parts? I know I don't want to damage the crown jewels! The items are reasonably priced as well. The only negatives are you will have to keep buying more of the Crop Soother, Preserver, and Reviver when you run out. So this is not a buy once deal. For the Lawn Mower 4.0 itself. The other items will eventually run out. Forcing you to buy more. That is up to you. I was shocked by this amazing little tool. How smooth it was and how it handles very delicate regions of the body.

I’ve always been a big fan of the marketing for this product. I think the theme is great, the marketing media designs are fantastic and the fun verbiage is great! Very unique! What I found throughout my use of this though, is the trimmer just isn’t practical, for me. I can’t speak for others, but for me, it just isn’t practical to use. The kit includes everything you need to get started, a USB-C (thank you) charger and charging plug, a couple of different sized trim guards, small cleaning brush, a toner, an aftershave, and a deodorant, as well as the trimmer itself. It’s a fantastic kit. I can’t think of anything they left out that would have made this a better package.The quality of the products in this kit are fantastic. When you hold the trimmer in your hand, it feels great. A nice quality build feeling with quality materials. It just feels very well made. It’s also very nice from an aesthetic perspective. I love all of the included care products, the toner smells great and feels nice as does the aftershave and the deodorant. I don’t use them all at the same time but it’s pretty self explanatory. Aftershave after you shave, toner is a quick pick me up to hold me over, deodorant is for after a fresh shower. I struggled to get a good close shave with the trimmer and found it took much longer than when I just use my manual hand razor. This is why, for me, it’s not practical. It takes me 2-3 times as long to use the trimmer than it does for me to use my manual razor. I thought it would be good for other body hair areas like trimming my chest or stomach but it’s quite small and the trimmer is for much more delicate areas. I really wanted to like the trimmer and to use it all the time but I just don’t. I don’t have the time it takes. Maybe I’m doing it wrong? But the way I “Manscape” is typically a close quick shave and this just isn’t it. But I use the care products everyday and love them. I will continue to use the care products even though I’m not a fan of the trimmer itself.I would recommend this kit to others. Just because the trimmer didn’t work out for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work out for others. Especially if you are someone who doesn’t already have a “manscaping routine” that you have been used to for 15+ years. The product quality is great, the care products are great. I will say if you are looking for a trimmer for delicate areas, this is a great choice. I just find my routine more practical.

Manscape 4.0 Kit i've heard a lot about this product this is something that is cool to finally use.The electric trimmer is very lightweight slim in size easy to turn off and on. This has a lock button on it so when you travel it won turn on and run the battery down. The trimmer gets skin close and can mow down a lot of extra hair. It comes with 2 clips to change the size lengththey are easy to put on and take off. The trimmer has a light so you know what you are trimming and i guess if you are doing it in the dark this is for you. My wife gave this a try and she liked it. This was great because i didn't have to worry about getting knicked and cut. The kit comes with 3 different bottlesCrop Reviver Ball Toner a Crop Soother so that is a aftershave lotion and at last a Crop Preserver Anti-Chafing Ball Deodorant. Well its nice like going to the barber shop and getting a good shave.the stuff i didn't like is the blades don't seem to go that fast so its a slower shave and the extra clips really don't give you a guid on what position you are on so if you like a certain length you might not get that again as you might not be able to find that setting. I did try this on some other body parts and it took longer than my other trimmer to remove the hair. So that was kind of a disappointment. It does a great job with no trimmer guid on it right to skin and no knicks.

I have been using my new Lawn Mower for about a week now and can honestly say that I am not super impressed with the cutting performance. If I did not already own the Lawn Mower 3.0, I may have been more impressed. However, I do feel that there is a clear down grade in performance over the previous model.The Lawn Mower 4.0 model feels very high quality. It is slightly smaller than the 3.0, including the body and cutting head. The feel is also more squared and feels better in the hand. The 4.0 model also features wireless charging and USB type C charging. This is extremely more convenient than previous models as you don't have to keep track of where you kept the charger. You do not find yourself charging very often since the batter lasts over an hour and when you use it, it is only for minutes at a time. These are the only things that are better on the 4.0 model over previous models.The kit includes three creams and sprays that are very nice. The deodorant is the most useful item included, as I actually enjoy using it frequently. The odors of these creams and sprays are very subtle, which is very refreshing over other men's scented products.As far as performance, I am not very impressed. I must say that this does work as advertised, but it does not cut as fast or even as the 3.0 model. I did an exact side by side comparison and the 4.0 was not even close to keeping up with the 3.0. For thicker body hair it cannot cut against the grain. You have to cut with the grain, and it takes a few passes. There were even times in which I passed a patch of hair and it literally did not cut, it almost felt like it was brushing the hair. With the right technique, you will be able to trim with no issues, I just am used to a very fast and efficient 3.0 model.
